Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, prototyping, and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or platforms at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or sustainable tech systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
