- Manage R&D partnerships with universities and startups
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level leadership
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
