Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to align on future innovation priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (Web4, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI projections
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present technology foresight frameworks to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and market trends
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
