Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, IoT, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation success and ROI measurement
- Partner with C-suite to secure $15M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry thought leaders
- Drive patent development and IP portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Strong network in global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
