Responsibilities

- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and sustainability metrics
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of scaling tech products from concept to enterprise deployment
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks and global regulatory bodies
