Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AI/quantum convergence projects
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
- Secure partnerships with leading research labs and academic institutions
- Drive ESG-compliant tech adoption across global supply chains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with AI/ML deployment at enterprise scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Futures School)
- Published research on emerging technologies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
- Security clearance eligibility (for government partnerships)
