Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed insights
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary intelligence networks
- Drive innovation sprints integrating AI ethics, sustainability metrics, and human-centric design
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two 2026+ technology initiatives (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning) and patent analysis
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, PESTEL) for tech disruption
- Certifications in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable technology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
