Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global research institutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Deep understanding of exponential tech convergence patterns
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech policies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
