Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead strategic initiatives integrating AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-focused solutions in our innovation lab
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build competitive intelligence systems tracking global tech evolution
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record mapping 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
