Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- Identify emerging tech trends and commercialization opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into corporate strategy
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and validation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026+ implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals preferred
- Experience with technology horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical/non-technical domains
