Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists, researchers, and technology partners
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embrace experimental technology practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budget allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CTM) a plus
