Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
