Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic adoption frameworks for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience building technology ecosystems across multiple industries
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
