Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web4.0)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption across global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 2026+ market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology innovation impact
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on tech disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Proficient in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
