Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-centered technological adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and ethical implementation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen tech curricula
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
