Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $10M+ annual budget oversight
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab of 15+ specialists
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MENA market expansion)
- Experience securing Series C+ funding for tech ventures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS) preferred
