Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal technology scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
