Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology ecosystem mapping for strategic positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure R&D funding and resource allocation for future initiatives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as an industry pioneer
- Manage vendor partnerships and M&A opportunities in next-gen technology sectors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy publications
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
