- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualization
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for technology scouting
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author annual Future Tech Outlook reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) preferred
