Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess competitive implications
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
