Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their commercial impact by 2026
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology incubators and research institutions
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation methodologies
- Author thought leadership content on future technology implications for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation initiatives and measurable outcomes
