Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability and integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen tech deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
