- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects, from conceptualization through commercialization
- Present technology strategies and roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring teams and championing experimental initiatives
- Monitor global tech developments and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate development
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or IoT
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
