Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with UN SDGs and emerging market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted AI systems and decentralized networks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape tech policy
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI, blockchain, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for uncertain technological futures
- Security clearance eligibility for defense-adjacent projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional public speaking skills demonstrated at TED-level conferences
