- Present strategic proposals to stakeholders including investors and regulatory bodies

- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives exceeding $15M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching AI/ML products with >1M users
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
