Responsibilities

- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into corporate strategy
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation pipeline management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) a plus
