Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives for future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Define KPIs for tracking technology maturity and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least two domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
