Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-encrypted AI systems and neuro-interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Architect scalable solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure using IoT and blockchain
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or acquisitions)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted technology patents
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA funding
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
