Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present executive briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities to the board of directors
- Design governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology implementation
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
