Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess their commercial viability and disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, coordinating between R&D, engineering, and executive teams
- Create predictive market models to identify future technology adoption curves and investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for high-impact tech initiatives
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and scale successful innovations
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to ensure strategic compliance and foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
