Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessment
- Develop patent strategies and innovation frameworks for future tech domains
- Partner with product teams to translate future capabilities into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
