You'll mentor 15+ engineers and drive adoption of next-gen technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Design scalable architecture for AI/ML-powered autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Present technology strategy to board members and investors quarterly
- Oversee $2M+ R&D budget allocation and ROI tracking
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with future regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products ($10M+ revenue)
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and AI ethics frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
