- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational vision
- Build and manage innovation incubators for prototype development and testing
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing future-focused innovations
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields
- Experience with global policy frameworks for tech ethics (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market engagement
