Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or biotech integration
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
