- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions for early-stage technology scouting
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting future tech implementation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and tech trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing and executing 3+ year tech transformation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Foresight
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global markets with $50M+ budgets
