Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, quantum applications, and metaverse infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks to anticipate technology disruptions and opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology adoption and implementation
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Proven experience in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of technology lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
