Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability imperatives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and biometric interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and technology foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech solutions
- Proven track record of translating complex innovations into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning, technology forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-cultural, cross-functional innovation teams
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Tuckman's model)
