Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Expertise in agile innovation methodologies and prototyping
