Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, carbon capture tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing past strategic projects with measurable impact
