- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and identify partnership opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
