- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateCorp as an industry thought leader
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives, tracking ROI and impact
- Foster partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related technical leadership roles
