Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in forward-looking roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or neurotech
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing government grants for R&D initiatives
