Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with market disruption goals
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neuro-interfaces
- Certified in Strategic Technology Planning (CTP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech specialization
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
