Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept projects for next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position company as 2026 technology thought leader
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing applications, generative AI governance, or metaverse architecture
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., CTP, TOGAF) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps across global organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year technology transformation projects
