- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with strategic implementation frameworks
- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and next-gen AI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
- Pioneer public-private partnerships for sustainable tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/unicom experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
