Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core offerings
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for future market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force driving future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, advanced robotics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 3-5 year tech strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM, CSPO) a plus
