Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with focus on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry partners
- Build patent pipeline for breakthrough technologies with legal team
- Coordinate with academic institutions for joint research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
