You'll have budget authority over $5M+ in innovation initiatives and direct access to our AI Research Lab at the Silicon Valley Innovation Center.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying cutting-edge solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Build strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen infrastructure (6G, space computing, biointegrated systems)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech portfolios to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, or Web3)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 100 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to influence C-suite and investors
