Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and commercial applications
- Certified in technology architecture (TOGAF/ITIL) or innovation methodologies
- Experience building high-performing technical teams across multiple domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
