You'll shape our investment strategy in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and next-gen infrastructure while ensuring alignment with ESG principles and sustainable growth imperatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 3-5 year commercialization roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Develop ROI models and risk mitigation frameworks for future technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-level stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation labs and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO, or similar) desirable
- Strong network with venture capital firms and global innovation ecosystems
